Bieber posted a pic of his new tat on Instagram with the caption, "Art." He posted a second similar pic with no caption.

the tat is a decent-sized rose on his left arm. The rose tattoo sits around the side of his elbow just above the owl tattoo that's on his left forearm. With his latest ink, Bieber has a pretty well-filled out sleeve of body art!
