18 year old Bayelsa beauty Queen Ebiere Banner emerged this year's Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2013. She will be representing Nigeria at the Miss World 2013 Finale in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Newly crowned Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2013 Ebiere Banner was appointed as Special Adviser on Culture & Tourism to Bayelsa State Governor. Governor Dickson had
mounted the stage and announced her as his new Special Adviser.
