Homeless Man Finds and Returns $2,400, then donates his reward.

A homeless man in Langfoundrd, British Columbiana, found $2,400 on the streer and subsequently turne the money in to the rightful owner. The honesty and kindness of the man who returned the money didn’t go unnoticed because a fundraiser page was set up in his honour and over $5,000 was raised. The homeless man was told of this by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Constable Alex Berube and instead of keeping the money he asked that it should be donated to Our Place and other food service providers for people in need. The man said that he wants to honour the generosity of the community by paying it forward.
